Objective: To guarantee the objectivity of our evaluations, we have established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and we are committed to their compliance, following the national and international guidelines and recommendations that regulate this activity.

Independent: We form an interdisciplinary team with representation from the community that is independent of the sponsors, researchers and the centers where the research projects are carried out, which ensures the independence of the evaluations we carry out.

Timely: We know the demands regarding competitive recruitment deadlines imposed by international multicenter research, which is why we assume the commitment to carry out timely evaluations.

Adverse event (AE) monitoring is a process that allows identifying incidents or events that must be monitored, collecting and analyzing information, to ensure the well-being of the participants at the time of the occurrence of the event.

Monitoring the institutional response to an AE is important not only for the protection of the participant, but also for compliance with the procedures established in the research projects.

We provide support and advice to Sponsors, Researchers and Study Coordinators regarding compliance with the high quality standards and regulatory processes required by the Province of Mendoza.

Monitoring of research projects: “is a systematic, independent and documented process to obtain evidence and evaluate it objectively, in order to determine that the established requirements are met.”

Monitoring seeks, through the design and implementation of methods, processes and procedures, to guarantee the monitoring and evaluation of the start-up, execution and closure of research projects, achieving the conduct of studies with high quality standards and ensuring the well-being and protection of the rights of people who participate in investigations.
